Thank you for shopping at Something Sweet, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.
All of our products are perishable and, as such, are not suitable for shipping to some climates during warmer months. Our fudge products are generally suitable to be shipped year-round but all others are not. We do our best to contact customers before shipping products affected in this way but urge you to contact us if you have questions before ordering.
You are responsible for inspecting all products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. In addition, you are solely responsible for determining the freshness of the products you receive.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of the date you received the product. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the product at our expense, or provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that product.
We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product that you are dissatisfied with before we provide you a refund, or replacement.
